The principles at American Informatics have had many
years of experience using the Baldrige framework to help
organizations improve their efficiency and increase their
bottom line. Much of this work has involved training
organizations to use the Baldrige Criteria as a framework
for managing and assessing the organization's performance.
We have developed a number of workshops and seminars which
we offer to the public on a periodic basis. These are also

Evaluating a Baldrige-based Assessment
Document
This is a three-day training session which is patterned
after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program Board
of Examiner training. Upon completion of training,
participants will be able to evaluate and score a
Baldrige-based assessment document. The cost for this
three-day training session is $495.00. This includes all
course materials.
Baldrige for Executives
This is a half-day seminar designed to familiarize
upper-level executives with the Baldrige evaluation
process. Participants will receive a thorough briefing on
the Baldrige Criteria, the process used to develop the
Baldrige assessment document, how it is evaluated, and how
to utilize the feedback report. The cost for this seminar

Writing a Baldrige Assessment
This one-day course is designed for people who have been
assigned to a Baldrige assessment writing team or would
just like to know how to write an assessment document.
Participants will learn to write a Baldrige assessment
document that directly addresses the Criteria and provides
the examiners with the information they need to do a
thorough evaluation.
Conducting a Baldrige-based
Self-assessment
This course is designed for any one who is involved in an
organizational self-assessment using the Baldrige Criteria.
